| A.) | Yes we will come to your project and prepare a same day estimate for free. |
| Q.) | Do you have a list of references? |
| A.) | Absolutely, we keep a list of recently completed jobs and their address so you can see our work first hand. You are also welcome to come to any job in progress. Out of respect for previous clients we do not give out phone numbers. To obtain a list just call or e-mail us and we will get you all the information you need. | Q.) | Are you licensed and insured? |
| A.) | Yes, McRae landscape has been licensed and insured in Utah since 1997. We will provide you with certificate of insurance or a copy of our license upon request.. |
| Q.) | How much do you charge per square foot? |
| A.) | Every project involves different factors that need to be taken into consideration, such as:
Slope, Site Accessibility, Soil Type, and Desired features. In short there is no way to give even a slightly accurate figure for that question without first having an experienced contractor physically evaluate the project site and scope.. |
| Q.) | Do I need a design for my landscape? |
| A.) | Not every project calls for a formal design by our landscape architect, however every project will benefit from having some sort of for-thought and planning. Whether it is a written description, thumbnail sketch of a concept, or a picture of a desired look you should really consider spending some time and money upfront to guarantee your vision is communicated to the contractor in a clear and concise manner. |

| Q.) | Will landscaping really increase the value of my property? |
| A.) | Yes Studies by Money Magazine, This Old House Magazine, and Smart Money Magazine show that landscaping is one of the best ways to raise your property value by as much as 20 percent or up to a 200 percent recovery value. Maybe more importantly if you are selling, a Joint study by Clemson University and the University of Maryland claim that "potential homebuyers will pay up to 11.3 percent above the asking price for homes with thoughtfully designed landscaping." |

| A.) | Typically we charge either a flat hourly rate or a percentage for the budget of a project. However, every project involves different factors that need to be taken into consideration, such as:
Slope, Site Accessibility, Soil Type, and Desired features. In short there is no way to give even a slightly accurate answer to that question without first having an experienced landscape architect physically evaluate the project site and scope. |
