We are a full service landscape design build contracting company.
We are based out of Orem Utah. McRae Landscape has extensive experience in
outdoor landscape and construction practices. Combining art with functionality
and solid installations we take great pride in our trade, and will work hard to
help you realize your goals for your project.
Ty McRae, founder of McRae Landscape first started his company in 1984.
Landscaping in Phoenix Arizona, Ty quickly earned a name for integrity in the industry
and was offered a job as the Landscape director for the Desert Springs Marriot Hotel.
Ty and his crews installed much of the landscape at this landmark resort over the period of three years.
Upon completion of the project Ty incorporated McRae Landscape in California in 1990.
Ty McRae relocated his family to Utah in 1993 and started the Board Riders Club at the
University Mall in Orem Utah. Though McRae Landscape is based out of Orem, Utah;
we still service the Palm Desert and Palm Springs area today.
We also have a Palm Tree Farm there.
Seeing a need for good landscaping along the Wasatch Front; in the early nineties
Ty Incorporated McRae Landscape in Utah in 1997. McRae Landscape has been serving Utah ever since.
McRae Landscape is also active in the design of landscapes. We consider ourselves
a 'Design-Build' firm offering custom landscapes through artistic expression.
Our designer, Seth Bockholt, started his association with McRae Landscape in 1999.
Seth is now Project Manager for the company. Seth has a bachelor's degree in Landscape
Architecture and Environmental Planning.
Our installation crews are experienced and well managed. Each Foreman has over 10 years
experience in landscaping and Irrigation and our projects are inspected for integrity
of proper landscape construction methods and quality control daily. We take pride in our
long history of excellence and strive to preserve and improve with every new project.

We are also Members of the Utah Home Builders Association and the
American Society of Landscape Architects.
